返品・返金ポリシー
商品の性質上、原則として返品・返金はお受けしておりません。

破損・不良品について
商品到着時に破損や重大な欠陥が確認された場合は、受取から7日以内にsales@motake.comまでご連絡ください。状況を確認の上、適切に対応いたします。

キャンセル・返品の権利について
一部の国・地域のお客様は、適用される消費者保護法に基づき、商品受取から14日以内であれば理由を問わず注文のキャンセルまたは返品をリクエストする権利があります。商品は未使用・未開封の状態で元のパッケージに入っている必要があります。詳細はsales@motake.comまでお問い合わせください。

返金について
返品が承認された場合、10営業日以内に元の決済方法で返金いたします。

Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds as a general rule.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a significant defect, please contact us at sales@motake.com within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the situation and respond appropriately.

Right of Cancellation and Return
Customers in certain countries and regions have the right, under applicable consumer protection law, to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at sales@motake.com for details.
